Recruitment and engagement of new SaaSplazians in the war on talent is one of your key responsibilities, so the right HR manager has a background and strong experience in recruiting.
You coordinate global HR initiatives, are part of the Global Management Team and report directly to the CEO.

You achieve engagement by connecting the people to the company strategy and culture by unlocking their potential in various ways depending on the team and individual needs. You make people management easier for all line managers, and more interesting with the right coaching, tools and processes.
Because trust is crucial for our customers, we are audited for ISAE 3401. You play a key role in coordinating our audit process and concerning our Security Policy you are the driving force in creating awareness.
You are responsible for the HR planning, including global budget and execution management.
What makes you special…
You are passionate about HR and have a track record in attracting and developing talent with everything this requires, especially job market communication. A background in recruiting is a strong advantage. You enjoy working in a fast paced international environment and have a strong focus within an environment that requires multitasking. You have a bachelor in Human Resources, and at least 5 years' experience in HR and managing a small team . You have the full command of the Dutch and English language.

…Leading a recruiting program with multichannel execution.
…Arranging the 2019 training and development plan with the line managers.
…Coaching the facility team on the vendor selection of the 3 largest facilities suppliers.
…Giving specific HR-related advice to the line managers.
…Improve HR processes by automating manual processes into 1 HR-system with an external vendor.
…Initiating and driving projects to enhance employee development and engagement.
